Bikram Yoga is designed for beginner's. We do basic Hatha Yoga postures, so anyone can participate. The only challenging aspect is the heat. With a regular practice (3x/week), your body will get used to it in no time!

What's the typical class size? The fine print says you can decide to exclude Groupon purchasers, depending on, I guess, the number of customers who pay full price. How can I tell ahead of time if there is a restriction on Groupon users for any given class?

You can tell by visiting our website: www.yogamke.com On the first page, there is a section titled "Attention Groupon Folks". There is a paragraph explaining that there could ptontially be "Blackout Classes" for Groupon users. Under that paragraph will be any exclusions. There are currently none, and as of yet don't expect any, but we just wanted to reserve the right just in case we needed to avoid ridiculously crowded classes.

Can you choose which days to go to a class? Or is it a set schedule. Also is this class ok for beginners?

You may attend any one of our 60 classes a week. The class is designed for beginner's.
