Bikram Yoga Temple
All of the certified instructors at Bikram Yoga Temple trained at Bikram's Yoga College of India. And, every class they teach follows the same pattern: 26 hatha yoga poses and two breathing exercises performed in a heated studio to increase strength and flexibility. The added heat keeps muscles loose as students flow through each position, and helps to boost the immune system and promote oxygen flow throughout the body. Of course, it also helps sweat out plenty of toxins, but, luckily Bikram Yoga Temple provides showers where students can rinse off and sing loudly to themselves immediately following class.
