I bought one of these before, for a 3 month membership. Am I able to buy another? I did not see anything stating it was one per lifetime...

Thank you for trying us with a previous Groupon deal. Unfortunately, we cannot honor a 2nd 3 month membership purchased but do provide all customers who have tried our services via the 3 month membership deal special rates on membership and services. For more info call us at 286-0525.

For the classes, do you need to sign up in advance? Or just show up?

We do require you call up to 60 min prior to indoor cycle and power pump in order to reserve bikes and barbells. Otherwise it is 1st come 1st serve. Classes are typically small. Less than 20 people.

Do you need to be a member to buy sessions with a personal trainer? Joan

You do not have to be a member to personal train with our team but you do get a discount on personal training if you are a member. Our goal is to serve our clients so if you prefer to exercise elsewhere but utilize the expertise of our professionals we are happy to help you in your journey!

If you buy the membership, as a member for three months can you attend any classes you purchase separately?

The 3 month membership is all-inclusive so you will be able to attend any of our group exercise classes and use the facility and any amenities.
