Questions and Answers

I purchased one groupon for my daughter as a gift now it won't let me buy one for me. She can't go without me, so if we can only buy one. I want it to be used for me not her. Can I retract the gift or buy another one for me. It says one per person not user.

Hi Leslie! Yeah, we had a similar situation with a husband and wife both wanting to buy the Groupon, but just one of them was trying to do the purchasing for both. It's really a question for Groupon, but I would guess that you'd need to open another Groupon account for your daughter. Try that - or ask Groupon - and let us know if it gets resolved for you - thanks! Shirley

57 here. VERY active though, with rowing and NordicTracking on alternate days. Body still feels like a kid....my question though has to do with knee issues. For some kooky reason, riding a bike will give my knees some pain. I've been told that this is because I've never had the right seat adjustment. Curious if knee issues are part of spinning. Cheers, Jeff

Hi Jeff! It's best to get a little tutorial on proper bike setup from the instructor, prior to taking class - and that proper Spin bike setup will likely alleviate any potential knee issues. A step-by-step instruction on this is always part of our Beginner Spins - Tuesday 7:15pm, Thursday 12noon, and Sunday 11:45am. It's also important to use resistance on the bike's tension knob, versus going crazy fast with no resistance. Going crazy fast without resistance impacts the joints, rather than the muscles. Spinning is great for building up the supportive muscles around the knees. Cheers, Shirley

Hi Ken, we do not have a locker room or a shower on the premises - just changing rooms and restrooms. Thanks! Shirley
