Hi, I have a couple questions. If I buy the Groupon for 3 sets of Glam lashes, does that mean I can get a set and then use the others for refills? Or is it always supposed to be for a new application? Or, can 3 people use that one Groupon? My other question is about the salon. My hair is locked and I'm not very interested in receiving services from the salon since I don't see from the website they are experienced servicing hair like mine. Is there a substitute service I can receive? Thanks.

Hi there, You can redeem each set of glam extensions for a full set. Refills are just fill in. Typically we do not redeem the vouchers for 3 people, but we can. We currently offer makeup services, so you can get a full makeup application instead of a hair service, if you like. :-)

I'd love to take advantage of the ongoing 'Offer' with "Blink-Beauty", unfortunately I'm not able to endulge in the fun at this time )-: However, I'd be very interested in purchasing any other upcoming "Deals" that you may be offering at a later time. What does the salon have to say about the shockingly high number of scathing mad reviews on Yelp? I realize that you can't make everyone happy all of the time but I've honestly never seen so many horrific reviews. As much as I'm temped by the great deal Groupon is offering, these horrible reviews really make me concerned about trying this service at this salon.

I was referring to the Yelp reviews of your salon/services, where 9 reviews were only 1-star, 1 review was 2-star, vs 12 who gave you a 4 or 5 star. That's not a 90% approval rate....that's more like 54%. I'm just curious if you have addressed these problems and if so, how. Thank you.

Our individual lash extensions are glued to the lashes themselves so they will fall out naturally as your own lashes shed. This usually starts happening 2-3 weeks after application. Our Cluster lash extensions do not last as long and will start falling out after 1-2 weeks.
