Bliss Wellness Center's soothing environment welcomes students of all ages, body types, and experience levels to restorative and strengthening yoga and Pilates classes. Certified staff members guide students through poses and movements throughout the day on a schedule flexible enough even for those with the most inflexible of schedules, such as doctors and clowns.

Students can choose from 10 yoga classes, including beginner, Ashtanga, Hatha, and the one-hour restorative yoga class, in which practitioners hold Hatha poses for several minutes with the aid of blankets, bolsters, patient tortoises, and other props, inviting release and enhanced breathing awareness while reducing chronic stress and fatigue.

Pilates offers students three choices, including the one-hour Pilates fundamentals class, which joins mind, body, and breath in a mat-top trinity that explores the basic principles of the exercise and develops core abdominal strength, grace, coordination, flexibility, and the ability to pour tea with one's mind. Lunch-hour express yoga and Pilates classes, 45 minutes each, are also offered a few days a week to replenish energy levels, improve flexibility, and offer a break from squatting on office chairs.

The five-class pass allows students to take any of the yoga or Pilates classes offered within six weeks after attending their first class. Classes are held on wood floors surrounded by soothing, coolly toned walls with large windows that allow natural light to flood in, challenging students to strike poses while balanced on sunbeams.
