Questions and Answers

Is there an extra charge to color eyebrows with a package including single process color? if so, how much does it cost? (usually it's included with color, but just checking to see if the deal is worth it).

Kim H.

Michelle, If you receive the brow tint with your service there would be no extra charge. Thank you for asking!

What is the difference between single process color and full highlights? Will there be additional fee for coloring long hair? Thanks! Ann

Anny Y. asked 2 months, 29 days, 23 hours, and 44 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kim H.

Hi Ann, Single process hair color is one color all the thru. A Highlight entails a foiling technique where the hair is colored and placed inside a foil. This would not color all the hair. There maybe an additional fee is the hair is extra long (below the bra strap), or for very thick hair, but it generally would only be $10-20 additional charge.

I would like to purchase your 99.00 package and wanted to know a few things. 1) would this included the Ombré 2) my hair is dark brown (dyed) to cover greys and long (a five inches shy of hiring my waist) can you highlight without frying my hair n will this offer cover my long hair. Thank you

Paula R. asked 2 months, 29 days, 7 hours, and 17 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kim H.

This offer does not include the Ombre' technique. That particular technique takes a much longer time and there can be many variables to this. In our $99 offer we allow $145 in color services. Ombre' pricing begins at $250 and can go up to $450 depending on length of hair and technique. If you would like to put some dimensional color in with the purpose of breaking up your dark hair we cold accomplish this and stay within the $145 budget we have set for this offer for the foiling process. However, because we would have to use enlightner to lift your dark previously colored hair we would have to redeposit our desired color back into the hair with a gloss. This would add an additional fee of $45 or $90 if we have to apply twice. We generally only need to apply a gloss one time, but not seeing your hair if hair is very porous or very thick and heavy sometimes we need to apply a gloss twice to allow the color the stay in the hair. I would also add we would only want to lift your hair color to a lighter brown to minimize any damage by having to reapply enlightener or from using heat. Much of the time when we go lighter on previously colored dark hair it is a process that may a few months to achieve the hair color you desire. We recommend this to keep the hair in its best condition since we really believe that beautiful hair begins with healthy hair. I regards to damaging your hair, we ALWAYS keep the integrity of the hair forefront in our minds, with that said there will always be some damage to the hair by using any type of enlightner, and this must be used to lift your previously colored hair. If the hair is in good condition when we begin this process it will have minimal damage. We have included a Botanical Conditioning treatment in with this offer to repair any damage or to recondition overly dry hair as a precaution to maintaining the hairs integrity. I hope this answers all of your question Paula. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

How much is the additional fee for upgrading to a master stylist?

Diana C. asked 2 months, 29 days, 11 hours, and 26 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kim H.

The amount we have configured into this offer for a haircut is $65. Our master stylists pricing is $75. This will only leave a $10 fee to upgrade to a master.

What color treatment brand and solution (i.e. cream, foam, or liquid) do you use for $79/$99 deals? Is it SIMFREE also?

Chau H. asked 2 months, 29 days, 14 hours, and 50 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kim H.

We use ONLY Aveda. Aveda hair color is cream color, 94-99% naturally derived. Aveda's developers are both cream and liquid. I am not sure what SIMFREE is?

Is the $39 deal valid regardless of the length of someone's hair? I have long hair and want to know if I will charged additional.

Amie G. asked 3 months, 1 day, 3 hours, and 3 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kim H.

AMIE, HAIR LENGTH DOES NOT MATTER IN OUR HAIR-CUTTING SERVICES. HOWEVER, THERE MAY BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF YOU CHOOSE TO UPGRADE FROM A SENIOR STYLIST (1-5 YRS EXP) TO A MASTER STYLIST (6 OR MORE YRS EXP). HOPE THIS HELPS!
