The menu at Blue Martini brims with succulent seafood dishes, juicy steaks, and lighter fare such as salads and dips. Diners can start their meals with an appetizer such as the baked brie en croute ($13), a puff pastry filled with creamy french brie and topped with natural honey, or the shrimp martini ($15), a quintet of chilled jumbo shrimp drizzled with cocktail sauce. Signature dishes include a lobster salad ($16) starring maine lobster, baby greens, mango, and avocado, seared ahi tuna ($16), and sliced beef tenderloin ($17).
Thursdays are free for ladies and $5 for men after 8 p.m. Friday and Saturdays are $5 for ladies and $10 for men after 8 p.m. There is also a cover charge whenever there is live music, but it only starts after 8 p.m.
Despite being the singular martini the upscale eatery and bar is named for, the Blue martini is actually just one of approximately 40 painstakingly crafted martinis. Bartenders stir up cocktails such as the Cake Pop martini swirling with flavors of vanilla, champagne, cranberry, and chocolate, and the Down and Dirty martini doused in olive juice and Russian Standard Platinum vodka. A menu of upscale plates starring fresh seafood, flatbreads, and lemon-pepper chicken complement drinks from the bar, while the luxurious ambience at all 12 locations is enhanced by romantic lighting, energetic live music, and a VIP lounge for martini glasses once owned by US presidents or celebrities.
