Five of my windows are the 1950's style jalousied windows (not French with the little individual panes, but slats of glass that close tightly together and crank open). Are they treated like regular windows for pricing? Also, most of my other windows have screens with wooden frames (hanging, not screwed on, though they would need to be unlatched from the inside ahead of time). Is removal and replacement part of the service? Thank you.

Yes that is priced out a little differently, Yes if they come off easily like you said once they are unlatched. If any other special needs then there could be an extra charge.

My second story is really high...do you have ladders to accommodate? And, my house is 21.2 miles from the zipcode provided. How much additional?

Do you mean your second story windows are really high due to your home being built on a hill or slope and it is more like a third story in the back or sides? If so there would be an extra charge for that due to the ladder work needed to accomidate those windows. Also anything over the 20 mile radius is $20 trip charge.

I have 40 windows I would liked cleaned inside and out for a two-story house. Could I purchase groupons for these?

There is only one coupon per house. If you are needing more work done, you can e-mail me at bvwindowcleaning@gmail.com and I can send you our window chart. Our prices are reasonable when bundled with a coupon so you would not need to purchase more than one. I am here to build long term customers not one time big paying jobs.

How are sliding glass doors "counted" and charged? Also if a single window "opening" as 2 separate panes, does it count as 2 windows?

Sliding Glass doors are counted as one window per pane, and the single window that opens up is counted as one window with two panes. If you e-mail me I can respond with our window chart and if you fill out I can give you pricing for anything above what the coupon covers.
