They did not do a mani pedi all it was was nail shaping filing and nail polish. There

The ambiance is very poor and the nail polish used is old. The polish peeled off the next day. The seating arrangement was very uncomfortable. The service was OK but I will not go back with or without a Groupon.

It was awful... I felt like I was at some hospital like place... It was massive and only 1 girl was working.. We booked our appointments and they called to cancel and couldn't rebook more then 1 at a time so my friend and I were there for 3.5 hours! And the "spa pedicure" didn't even remove the dead skin from my feet which is the only reason i get them in the first place!

Low budget, discriminatory (children not allowed), rude, unknowlegeable, awful job, unsanitary (didnt change gloves from one client to next until asked by client), have to pay extra for services every other place includes like massage and callous removal. NEVER GO THERE! WASTE OF TIME & MONEY

An awful experience , They should be removed from Groupon!!! The 'salon' was dark, empty, unclean , no music. extra services pushed as I went in, Technician didn't speak English,
there were no foot baths , no relaxing chair for 90minute pampering mani pedi. they didn't even remove callouses . well if you paid extra! and this was a $100 package! The foot files were in a plastic tub with other instruments .. it was horrendous . I asked for my groupon back & left.!!

The owner of BM Chan did not want to honour my Groupon as I showed up alone. She indicated that my Groupon was for 2 people to use at the same visit, not for one person to use for 2 visits. I responded that in which case, I would leave and return my Groupon for refunds. She then said she would accept it as I was already at the Beauty Palour. So I stayed. Manicures were nicely done by a professional; however, pedicures were performed by her visitor, who appeared to have signed up as a student but never taken any classes yet. It was very disappointing. The store looked very run down with 20th century chairs (very uncomfortable to sit in). I felt like I was in an underdeveloped country.
