$24 for a Couples Ropes Course Plus Dinner ($49 Value)

Couples take to the ceiling on Bodies in Motion's 20-foot high-ropes course after strapping into safety harnesses. Building on a foundation of trust and communication, duos navigate such precarious walkways as Earthquake Bridge and the bosun’s chairs.

After the adrenaline rush slows down, the two dig into an entree from Sandellas Flatbread Café, choosing from dishes such as a greek salad, buffalo-chicken panini, grilled chicken-and-pesto flatbread, and quesadillas. Regular or vitamin water is served with each meal.

Bodies in Motion

The multifaceted fitness facility Bodies in Motion keeps every family member active with its fitness programs, martial arts classes, and children’s activities. With Open Motion sessions, kids zip down the racing wave slide, tackle a high-ropes course, or dart around outstretched hands during refereed games of Capture the Flag. Toddlers build cognitive abilities and skills in group music classes, and Strong Totz programs teach kids how various sports work. For example, on week one, kids might learn to be soccer players, and on week two, they might learn how to negotiate a multimillion-dollar sports contract.

While kids play, parents blast calories during classes such as aerobic kickboxing and extreme conditioning or cement their trust on high-ropes courses for couples. Parents and kids refuel after a hard day of motion at the onsite Sandella's Flatbread Café, which staves off hunger pangs with healthy food, including quesadillas, paninis, and wraps that are just the right weight to fool any gods looking to take firstborn children.

The Groupon Guide to: Urgent Warnings to Shout at Horror-Movie Characters

A well-timed movie-theater outburst can stop a character in a horror movie from getting killed—or worse. What are some helpful things you can shout at the screen the next time you see a scary movie?

  • "Look behind you!"
  • "Look behind you—into that mirror! The killer was in front of you the whole time!"
  • "Look inside yourself! There you'll find the key to your survival: self-confidence."
  • "Look inside yourself! There you'll find the key to your survival: a literal key." (Saw movies only)
  • "Look out! The killer's too legit too quit!"
  • "No, don't split up! That's what my parents did and that was awful!"
  • "Don't go in there!"
  • "Do go in there! 'There' being a state of situational awareness in which you decide against entering the place you were about to go into."
  • "Don't look in the closet! That's where the killer is hiding his spare clothes!"
  • "Just relax. Time murders us all eventually."

When is it okay to scream at a movie?
