Body Balance

A lifelong athlete and certified personal trainer, Mark Bratton mixes sports-based exercises with yoga for a total body workout based on functional movement. After clients meet with Bratton or one of his fellow trainers to discuss fitness, health, and diet, the professionals design a routine designed to meet clients' needs. To inspire results without intimidation, the trainers focus on reachable goals and dole out plenty of positive motivation. Exercises change each week to keep participants from getting bored while also preventing muscles from leveling out and getting all complainy from repetitive movement. The overall program teams this workout with a meal plan to shed weight. Participants seeking more personalized attention can work toward similar results with personal training or dance classes.
