Outdoor boot-camp classes last up to 60 minutes. Students should bring 3- or 5-pound hand weights and an exercise mat. To complement the calorie- and fat-burning classes, each person also receives a metabolism test and nutritional coaching. Metabolic scans can only be scheduled at Reed Hartman Highway location. Boot-camp locations are subject to change, and students will be notified no less than one week in advance of a location switch.

Body By Me Boot Camp

Certified fitness trainer and weight-loss coach Carolyn Stone's voice echoes across local parks as she motivates boot-camp students toward stronger, healthier versions of themselves. Having shed 110 pounds, Stone is familiar with the trials and tactics needed to conquer weight-loss obstacles, tackling them with a one-two punch of proper nutrition and regular exercise. She varies her high-intensity, yet fun, workout routines each day, scaling movements to accommodate each student's fitness level. Stone encourages healthful habits outside the classroom with nutritional coaching, helping students change their lifestyles with nutrition facts, meal plans, and snack ideas. After class, students have the opportunity to join their fellow classmates at the Breakfast Club, starting the day with smoothies packed with less than 250 calories.

In addition to boot camps, Stone also helps patrons shape up during one-on-one and small-group personal-training sessions. She develops dynamic, custom programs tailored to each client's fitness level and desired results, such as looking sculpted on his or her wedding day or carving washboard abs chiseled enough to clean wedding-day attire's red-wine stains.
