Certified trainers lead their clientele through nonstop workouts during circuit-training boot-camp classes and muscle-stretching Plyo-Pilates classes, a cross between plyometric workouts and mat Pilates. They also whip bodies into shape with functional TRX training inside a fully equipped studio. At BodyFi, a quality coterie of personal trainers reform bodies with nutritional analysis, personal training and Pilates courses, as well as group fitness classes, which have garnered praise from Details magazine.
