  • Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift. Limit 1 per visit. Reservation required, subject to availability. New clients only or clients who have not attended class in the past 6 months. Must sign waiver. Women only. 5-class pack must be redeemed within 30 days after first class attended; 10-class pack must be redeemed within 75 days after first class attended; 1-month membership must be redeemed within 30 days of the first class attended. Classes must be redeemed by same person. Must take 5 open-level classes before signing up for advanced classes. Not valid with other offers.

Questions and Answers

I have 2 questions, actually. First, is there parking at either facility. Second, and more important, although I see that you have beginner/open classes, I'm not sure whether this would work for me. I would say i'm pretty out of shape, and I'm about to turn 50. Would even the beginner classes be feasible for someone like me?
