I have been struggling with intense foot pain from plantar fasciitis for several years, so cannot participate in high impact exercises like jogging, jumping jacks, etc. I'm almost 60 years old, but trying to stay fit doing low impact exercise like yoga, Pilates, elliptical, bike, etc. Would these boot camp classes be appropriate for me?
