There are many ways to exercise that don’t involve buying your own exercise equipment, putting it in the basement, and sweating for hours while you try to assemble the first dumbbell. Let others supply the fitness fixings with today’s Groupon to Body3 Fitness Center. Choose between the following options:

  • For $12, you get five fitness classes (a $50 value).
  • For $15, you get 10 fitness classes (a $100 value).<p>

Body3 Fitness Center’s cadre of certified trainers teach five different group fitness classes to help clients achieve their goals vis-à-vis wellness and athleticism. Unlike when attending freedom-hating elementary schools, students get to choose their classes, from 60-minute Bodypump sessions—rife with barbell squats, presses, and curls—to 55-minute body combat, which builds respiratory fortitude through cardio and martial arts. Bodyflow unites the kinesthetic arts of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates as a calm alternative to the rigorous BodyAttack class that improves strength, speed, agility via stabilization exercises and cardio set to the tune of thumping music. Students can also delete calories by dancing to nightclub-style music, popular songs, and Latin hits during 45 minutes of Sh’Bam, the class least likely to be spoken of by England’s queen; for class times, tickle this link to the schedule.

Body3 Fitness Center

The Body3 Fitness Center experience kicks off with a personal fitness assessment and a goal-setting session to discuss your weight-loss or muscle-building dreams. Then, with a custom fitness and nutrition plan in your pocket, it’s time to hit the studio for workouts with certified trainers. Group classes range from boot camps designed by studio founder and former US Marine Tom Jackobs—in which participants use their body weight as a fitness tool—to self-defense sessions and cardio dance classes. For a more intimate workout, athletes can opt for small group sessions capped at four or arrange for one-on-one training.
