All boot-camp packages include a boot camp manual, nutrition manual, body composition analysis (optional), and a six-week jump start meal plan, Outdoor boot-camp classes incorporate kettlebells, medicine balls, and resistance bands to furnish cardio and strength drills. Each interval-training workout lasts 30–45 minutes, including a warm-up and cool-down period. Participants should bring water, a towel, and an exercise mat. Bodyzen Boot Camps

The trainers at Bodyzen Boot Camps know many workout environments can be intimidating. That's why their outdoor boot-camp sessions are brief, entertaining, and adaptable, featuring exercises with three stages of intensity to suit different strength levels. The 30- to 45-minute classes include kettlebell swings, cardio drills, and bodyweight moves designed to torch fat from physiques of all builds. During the camp's vigorous intervals, instructors patrol their troops with a personal trainer's eye and tailored advice. They continue the trend of individualized treatment after class, when they open the floor for questions and six-pack show-and-tell.

Though they devote much of their energy to fast-paced routines, staff members also highlight the value of proper nutrition. Each camper receives a nutritional manual and a six-week meal plan to guide eating escapades, and optional body-composition analyses keep them up-to-date with their own progress.
