Customers travel to one of two BookATailor's locations, where professional clothiers take measurements and discuss both style and fabric choice. They then customize each shirt to the guest's specifications and monogram it with the customer's initials.

Bringing along a variety of high-quality fabrics woven in Italy and England, these fashionable men and women travel to each client's place of work; clients can also specify which gender they prefer in their tailor. Once there, the tailor takes complete measurements and helps clients choose the right fabric for their suit, shirt, or jacket. Harnessing their specialized knowledge of upscale clothing and construction, they update their clients on the current styles as they take down a list of specifications—including button color and pocket type—to create fully customized clothing that accurately represents their client's style.
