You would need to buy the package for 4 and then when you come to pick up your tickets ask for a toddler ticket (there is no charge for this ticket).

The first 3 Saturdays in May at 1:30 then starting Memorial Day weekend everyday at 1:30 and an extra one at 4pm on Saturday. Museum is open M-Th 10am to 4pm and Fri-Sat 10am to 5pm Sunday 10am to 4pm.
