Trainers lead clients of all ages through workouts that change daily and may include resistance training, core-strengthening exercises, and cardio. Morning classes take place during sunrise at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation near the beach from 6:45 a.m. to 7:50 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 9:05 a.m. on Saturday. Evening classes take place at Bestgate Park from 6:05 p.m. to 7:05 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday.
