If your son is mature and you accompany him to the class to cover liability (You are responsible for his safety), we do occasionally make exceptions. I am glad you are helping your son become fit and healthy!

Hi Monica! We are holding Beginner Workshops on the weekends where we go over injury prevention, form and weight loss tips. All of the classes are designed to accommodate every level of participant. Some are definitely better than others at accommodating beginners, if you email me at julie@bootcamplasvegas.com I can personally find a class for you.

Always make sure you consult a physician before joining. Our goal is to push you to your own personal limit, you won't be the oldest to join or in the worst shape. I trained an Olympic athlete and a person who had never run in their life in the same class, by the end of it the pain on their faces looked the same. "As long as you're miserable I'm happy!"
