During chilly months, patrons warm up with hot chocolate, Bop's cobbler a la mode, strawberry shortcake, and pecan-studded fudge brownies warmed to a gooey consistency. Another speciality includes the cookie sundae: a warm cookie stuffed with custard and topped with Hershey's chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a cherry. Bops’ frozen treats include classic Concretes ($4.39–$4.99)—blends of custard and toppings that are so thick you can turn them upside-down. Concrete flavors include the Amazin’ Grace with cheesecake pieces and raspberry or Anna Banana with bananas and strawberries. The dessertery also whips up create-your-own treats ($3.19+), which allow customers to choose their desired concoction from a list of sundaes, floats, shakes, malts, and concretes, then customize it with more than 40 toppings that include mixed nuts, fresh fruit, and candy such as Oreos and cookie dough.
