Led by Dr. Robert Bateman, a certified BJCP judge, the course gives students hands-on home brewing experience, as well as a complementary beer and food pairing. This brew course will be held at noon and lasts about three hours. The advanced course can help students with previous skills—from the introductory course or home brewing—progress to the next level.
Classes start at 12 p.m., and customers are urged to arrive 10–15 minutes prior for check-in.
Boston's Bistro and Pub
Boston's Bistro and Pub takes beer seriously—17 taps pour a rotating selection of global craft brews, and the beer list teems with more than 100 bottles.
