I# looked at the website and a party for 10 is $149 + $2/child for cosmic = $169. How is this a $278 value? You are including 10 bounce passes, but for $65 you can get bounce passes (or favors - which I would prefer), pizza, and balloons...hence $169 + $65 = $234. That is still less than $278 AND includes pizza and balloons. Please help me figure out the value of this. I would like to schedule my daughter's birthday there if I am actually getting value, otherwise I may wait unti the time gets closer in case she changes her mind. ;D

Thank you for your email. You're right, there is a miscalculation in the description. I'm sure if you spotted this, many other customers may have the same question. With the Open Bounce passes added in at regular price, it would bring the value of the package to 258.90, for a savings of 119.90 if you purchase this Groupon deal. If you calculate using a different discounted bundle price, which I think you did, then your value was 234, with a savings of 95. We offer many great deals at BounceU, including many of our own coupons, but when we offer unique deals through Groupon, we offer the best prices possible. I hope this helps.

i have 3 children. can i use one open bounce groupon for each child durring the same visit?

Yes! If you purchase 3 seperate groupons (one for each child) they can all be used on the same day.

Great question! A Cosmic Bounce party includes our Cosmic Bounce special effects lighting i nour second giant Bounce Stadium, and also includes glow necklaces for the kids. Have have two giant Bounce Stadiums at BounceU, which allows us to have ONLY Private Parties. When the kids enter the second Bounce Stadium, we turn out the lights, turn up the music, and turn on the Cosmic special effects lighting (imagine Bouncing on giant inflatables with disco lights).

I have an expired deal that is exactly the same as one that is currently offered today. Is it possible to renew this with my money that is still in my groupon for this company?

I am not sure I understand the question exactly, but I think I read that it has to do with an expired Groupon voucher. The amount you paid for the Groupon should still be valid, even if the actual deal that was run has expired. With an expired Groupon, we can apply what you actually paid, which should be listed, toward the item purchased. A better explanation should be listed in the fine print on the Groupon website, they may explain it more clearly than I have.
