Questions and Answers

Do parents need to buy a ticket, or do you only charge for the children who want to bounce?

As kids clamber across colorful inflatables, parents can lounge at nearby tables and cruise complimentary WiFi or stop by the concession stand for pizza and ice cream.

What I want to know is, do adults require a ticket? If I buy the $10 option that includes admission for two, will that let it one adult and one child, or one adult with two children? Is there a charge for the parents, or just the kids?

Angela M. answered 11 months, 7 days, 7 hours, and 16 minutes ago

Brette V.

Sorry for the confusion. Adults in the lounge area do not require tickets.

Can we use the groupon today if we purchase it today?

danielle m. asked 11 months, 8 days, 11 hours, and 17 minutes ago - 1 answer

Thanks for the question!

You can use most Groupons the day after you buy them. We cannot provide the business with their complete list of purchasers until the deal is closed, and until then they may not be ready to accept your Groupon.

I believe you can. Once you purchase the voucher and can print it out, just bring it in to redeem.

What do you think is a good age for a child to reach before coming to the bounce house? I have a young toddler and would love to bring her, but I want to make sure it won't be overwhelming for her, and that the play structures aren't too big for someone her size. Thanks!

Angela M. asked 11 months, 8 days, 13 hours, and 51 minutes ago - 1 answer

Debby K.

It all depends upon the child. Some 1 year olds really like it for the bounce houses, toddler play area, watch the other children play and look at the games. Most 2 year olds and older children have a great time and don't want to leave. Also, parents are able to assist their todders on the bouncers.

How long is the five visits pass good? Does it have an expiration date?

Jill B. asked 11 months, 8 days, 14 hours, and 37 minutes ago - 1 answer

Debby K.

Your voucher will have an expiration date, but once you redeem your voucher, the pass does not have an expiration and can be used for 5 children for one visit or for 1 child for 5 visits.
