Under the guidance of experienced instructors, women students swing from the ceilings in comfortable hammocks as they undergo combinations of strength training, Pilates, inversions, and yoga exercises. To prepare for class, students should dress in long pants, long-sleeved shirts, and socks. Classes meet for one hour each week. The class was also recently featured in a Huffington Post story.

Brass Vixens

Brass Vixens encourages students of all ages and experience levels to laugh in the face of gravity with empowering pole-dance classes and the torso-toning complete body workouts of aerial-fitness courses in two Toronto studios.
