Do you offer Cali yoga in a hot/warm room? Do you provide modifications for advanced yogis such as arm balances/inversions?

Hi Patricia, Thank you for your interest in Breathe Hot Yoga! Yes, we do practice the Cali yoga in a warm room. The typically temp. is around 80 degrees. At this time, our Cali yoga class is open to all abilities. Since we do have new students in the majority of each class, we like to keep things safe and limit the amount of arm variations & inversions taught in the all levels class (safety is a huge priority!). With that in mind, we are more than happy to work individually with students (before or after class) should they decide to embark on more challenging yoga poses. (such as headstands, handstands, etc.) Thanks again for your interest!
