Groups bundle up beneath cozy blankets as teams of belgian, clydesdale, or percheron draft horses pull custom-built sleighs for 45-minute trips along Peak 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Blankets and hot cocoa are provided, and riders should dress for the weather since the sleighs run in all conditions. Dinner rides stop for a picturesque meal overlooking the town of Breckenridge, with a buffet-style spread of garden greens, garlic-roasted mashed potatoes, herb-encrusted flank steak, chicken marsala, and cheesecake.
