We rarely get calls from these areas as they are not heavily populated and tend to be "over the hill" from the main stream traffic areas. As for the three bed, two bath, living and family room question we would need to know your square footage to confirm our answer However,.here is a guide for you to use : if your home is 1200 sq ft or less then it is very likely that we could do a lot of the cleaning in two hours provided there is not a lot of catching up to do. We also are happy to focus on projects for you. Some customers do alright basically keeping up with their homes, but they need help on project items, like baseboards, ovens, pantry closets, inside refrigerators..... you can make a "project' list to keep us busy instead of a "whole house" clean. The bottom line is that most of the coupon customers hire us to do the harder time consuming scrubbing of the kitchen and baths, so normally we get that done first for them!

Monthly service counts as regular service. The price is discounted down from $130 to $99.40. and regular service means any of the following: weekly, every other week, monthly or every other month. AND when you refer a friend who signs up for regular service they also get your Coupon Rewards Price of $99.40, and you both qualify for our Referral Rewards Program which means we will deduct another $25 off the next service for you and the first service for your friend bringing the price for that date down to $74.4.
