My husband just found this and wanted to buy the boot camp for me to try. I was wondering if I can also buy the 16day slim down for myself? Renee L.

Hi Renee, The program is basically the same but longer for the 4 week program. Same exercise program but there is additional weight loss assistance with the 16 day. I rec. getting the 4 week program given it is longer. There is only one promo per new client. I look ofrward to seeing you soon.

If you do the 16 day option, can you start it anytime and it will just end 16 days later? Or is there a specific 16 day period?
