When lit, each Dreambean Signature candle fills rooms with one of six fragrances: lemon tea, aloe lily, vanilla honey, yuzu coconut, lavender milk, or Pacific Redwood. Each is made from 100% soy and vegetable waxes, phthalate-free scents, biodegradable stone labels, and lead-free wicks, resulting in an eco-friendly light that burns bright for roughly 40 hours. Adding to the environmental outlook of these creation are Bright Endeavors' natural botanicals and reclaimed and recycled glass, which program participants combine and package by hand. All proceeds from the company's sales go to support its parent organization, New Moms, Inc., which provides services for adolescent parents including food, supportive housing, and career services.

Bright Endeavors’ eight-week career-readiness program empowers adolescent parents to become self-sufficient young adults. As part of the program, inner-city parents aged 16–24 living in Chicago manufacture and market eco-friendly home and bath products to customers nationwide while earning above minimum wage. Through this on-the-job training, Bright Endeavors offers adolescent parents the opportunity to develop the necessary skills required to transition into sustainable careers.
