If you go to the BriteSmile website link this morning, it says that only MedSpa (read: no teeth whitening listed) services are available at their Chesterfield, MO location. Their text also says that they are located in downtown St. Louis. Sounds like they haven’t gotten their act together yet. You can reach them through a Skype call — that tells me they are somewhere else answering the phone. I’d pass on this one.

Good eye, I spoke with Britesmile and they are now in the process of updating their website. They recently added the Teeth Whitening service to their St. Louis location and just hadn’t updated their website to reflect that.

I bought this on Nov 20, hoping to use it for an event by Christmas. I called and received an appt for Dec. 9. They called to cancel and reschedule due to ‘the technician’s family emergency." Fine. Stuff like that happens. I rescheduled for Dec. 21, keeping in mind I intended to have this done by Christmas. I took off work and scheduled a sitter for the time I would be away. Again, they called to cancel my appt and reschedule, this time due to a new Missouri law that says I need to see their dentist, but I can’t see their dentist till after Christmas. What?! Their dentist? I didn’t bother to ask if THAT would cost me more, I just asked to have my money paid refunded. THey couldn’t do that, so now I’ve had to call their corporate headquarters. I had to leave a voicemail and have not yet heard back, but all of this happened late on Friday, so no fault there. This place does not seem to have it’s act together and I have lost confidence in the value for the services. Sorry, but I tried.

I got the exact same run around as Teresa M, word for word. Although I have now rescheduled for the “dentist” appointment for the week of the 18th but I have to come back for the brightsmile service at a different time. Basically two trips to a place that is not really that convenient for me to use this groupon. I wish I could get my money back as well but at this point I guess I stick it out and see what happens.

Here’s a surprise. My appointment, that had already been canceled twice, was set for this past Thursday at 4:30. At 2:30 I got a call and they had to cancel again. This time the dental assistant had quit without notice. They offered free touch-ups as compensation but I would just rather get my money back at this point. Of course they can’t do that…….

I need some help from the GROUPON staff…..

I showed up today for a 4:00 appointment only to find locked doors. My appointment had been cancelled two times before also. Finally the office manager came out to say that she was very sorry but that everyone in the office had quit because of a corporate decision . The office manager said that she was looking for replacements because the previous staff would not be rehired.

I called Groupon and they were very helpful. I can do a wait and see or get a full refund now.

Has anyone used their groupon at the Med Spa sincde they have reopened?
