The fast-paced yet supportive indoor boot camps boost metabolism through a fusion of four workout modalities—cardio, resistance training, body-weight core training, and ab exercise. Boot-camp classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. at the Bronx location. At the Mamaronack location, classes take place Tuesday and Thursday at 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., and Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.
