During the first appointment, after a consultation, exam, and x-rays, the dentist surgically imbeds a Hiossen titanium implant with a healing cap. After three to four months of healing time, the patient returns for placement of the permanent crown. Extraction and bone graft are not included with this deal. If necessary, these services can be performed for an additional fee, and four to six additional months of healing time will be required before implants can be placed.

Though Brookshire Dental offers discounts on its website from time to time, today's Groupon is still the best deal available.
