Founder Scotty Morison opened the first Browns in 2004, aiming to create an environment that pairs the fun and energy of a bar with the comfort of a living room. Since then, nearly 15 locations have sprouted, including the downtown Victoria location, which serves dishes such as hand-pressed burgers, street tacos, brunch dishes with housemade hollandaise, and slow-braised barbecue ribs.
