Bulerias (Bull-eh-dia's) Tapas Bar’s seasonal tapas menu currently includes wintery options such as artichokes in citrus dressing, cured salmon served with Spanish capers, roasted red peppers, and garlic crostini, and cantimpalo chorizo cold cuts served with slices of manchego cheese. Diners can enjoy the live sounds of flamenco fusion band Karpah on Wednesday, January 9, 16, and 23 at 8 p.m.
Bulerias (Bull-eh-dia's) Tapas Bar
Bulerias (Bull-eh-dia's) Tapas Bar serves small plates of authentic Spanish food—including vegetables, organic salads, seafood, rice, poultry and other meats, and imported Spanish cheeses—365 days a year, even on Christmas. While the menu changes seasonally, tapas dishes may include steamed potatoes with creamy garlic aioli, empanadas stuffed with Spanish chorizo, or bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese. Bites can be paired with a glass or pitcher of homemade bottled sangria, called "Bulerias," in red, white, and peach varieties. On certain nights, diners can also listen to live music while they enjoy the seasonal menu.
