I was wondering about hours? I looked on the website and did not find any. I am in the service industry therefore I have a different schedule than the norm.
Has anyone been to Bungalow for services?

Also cannot print my coupon. I received the confirmation email, but my account shows I have made no purchases. So far, not so impressed with my first Groupon purchase.
I just purchased my first groupon and had no problem so I wanted to share. I bought the climb time one. I went to my groupons and printed mine off there. I am going to try to purchase the facial one too!
ive never had any problems with receiving a groupon so dont let it stray you away… maybe its just taking a while to pop up on your groupon page
Megan- go to “my stuff” in the top right corner of the screen. Then click “my Groupons” and you should see this one listed and it probably says “processing.” Sometimes it can take a few hours to process, but you will get it. You can’t use it today anyway, so you’ll be fine even if it comes tonight. HTH

Like Amanda C., I’d also like to know the hours since I’m only in Fishers/Indy a few weekends each month.
I am a regular at the Bungalow and have received many services. The products and services are top notch. Melissa and Eileen will treat you well!
Their hours are 10 a.m.-8 p.m. M-F and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. but they are very flexible when you call to make your appointment

To Megan and Amanda…don’t be discouraged…Groupon’s customer service is excellent and have so far solved any glitch I have encountered…and they were only a few…mostly due to my own doing :-)

I have gone to Bungalow 226 since it opened, and have been a client of Eileen’s for years…LOVE her!! The place is in a cool building, and the owners are super nice and services are just amazing!!
Has anyone had a microdermabrasion at Bungalow 226?
Still waiting!!!This is my fourth time trying to get the coupon printed with no luck…Very discouraged! I have followed the My Stuff links still saying “Something Broke” technical difficulties

I tried to purchase this Groupon and am not sure if it went through. I received no confirmation page and it has not yet showed up on My Groupons. I emailed customer service since their phone support has gone home. I am hoping that my purchase can still be made after the expiration, since there were problems with the system. Does anyone know?
Groupon has great service! Don’t worry. The only problem I have had is with the merchants themselves – some have such limited hours that it is impossible to use the Groupon (Vibe Fitness never open). Good idea to ask about hours.

I used my first groupon a week ago and I loved this place. This is a charming wonderful environment! The women made you feel so comfortable and went above and beyond. I had the microderm abrasion. I had never done this before and she explained everything to me and my face feels fabulous! They didnt push any products at all, in fact I asked because I was in need of cleanser and new skin care products. I love the Cleanser I purchased!! I cannot say enought positive about this place they were awesome and I hope everyone else who purchased the groupons enjoys them as much as I did. I cannot wait to use my next one!!

I forgot to add…she did a great job on my eyebrows and will take my daughter there to get hers done too!!!
Loved this place. I’ve had facials in very expensive casinos and retreats and never as good as the one as I had here. I looked 10 years younger when I left.


wondering why I can not print my confirmed purchase. I followed the link emailed back to me and the link said it was “broken” when I checked back…my account says that my deal has been “used” and can not print! What is up with that????
