Choose Between Two Options

  • $45 for a furnace tune-up (a $105 value)
  • $99 for an air-conditioner and furnace tune-up (a $210 value)

During the one-hour air-conditioner or furnace tune-up, trained technicians perform a 21-point inspection and thorough cleaning to ensure efficient machines and controlled temperatures.

Temperatures must be of 50 degrees in order to tune-up air-conditioning units.
