Doug Baros loves burgers and hot dogs. But like many people in today’s health-conscious culture, he couldn’t escape the questions that came with eating his favorite foods. What are the ingredients? When was it prepared? Is it loaded with harmful preservatives?

So Doug took matters into his own hands and opened Burgerz and Dogz, where every burger and dog is prepared with the freshest, purest ingredients. Doug took his idea one step further by outfitting the restaurant with an open kitchen to allow visitors to watch their meals come together.
