Bushi Ban Martial Arts

Bushi Ban Martial Arts features 5,900 square feet of wall-to-wall mats—more than enough space for students to kick and punch their way through the belt ranks. Starting as young as age 4, students work on building their gross motor skills, then graduate onto the self-defense instruction of children's, preteen, and adult programs. Classes are held six days a week, and in addition to traditional martial-arts instruction, the schedule includes tai-chi sessions and a special power kickboxing class for adults and kangaroos.
