C-Street Restaurant is located on the first floor of the Crowne Plaza hotel across the California Street promenade from Aloha restaurant. Aloha is still located at the front (beachside) of the City of Ventura parking structure.

I have 2 small dogs in a dogbuggy, can they join us here for outdoor seating?

Lynn, sorry for the delay in response. I'm back in the office today. Yes you can bring your dogs however they must remain on the "promenade" side of our small fence that separates the C-Street Restaurant patio from the promenade. It's not much of a fence and we do have tables that are placed right up against the fence so ultimately your dogs will be within your reach.
