When the chefs at Caffe Roma designed their menu, they decided to focus on an underrated part of Italian cuisine: the panini. They create both hot and cold varieties, stuffed with options such as the Rustica's grilled chicken, gruyere, and pesto mayo. They use a range of traditional meats, from tuna and prosciutto to the Milanese's wine-cured salami layered with gruyere and balsamic vinegar. Additionally, they pair their sandwiches with salads and Italian desserts.
