I cannot find any guidelines for the image resolution requirements for this product. Please advise the minimum photo resolution required for a 16x20 canvas print and any other requirements/advise for getting the best-quality print.

Can the "picture" be a photo shopped item combining more than one actual photo? If so what format does it need to be in? Thanks Bill
