A licensed guide, accompanied with their EMF meter, spins well-researched, historical tales of ghostly sightings as up to 14 adventurous spirits brave the undead spirits of three local pubs and two haunted grounds, typically a lighthouse grounds and a cemetery. Tourists spend 30–40 minutes at each pub before reboarding the Ford E350 van and traveling to the next location. Tours begin nightly at 8 p.m and last approximately 3 hours. Guests can also book a 4 p.m. cruise on a Saturday.

Groups hear spooky tales about local hauntings from a guide as they visit spirit-laden pubs and foreboding cemeteries. Along the way, guides demonstrate the use of specter-detecting EMF meters as well as full-spectrum video cameras and loud pots and pans to scare away raccoon spirits.
