The bikes we were given were marginally acceptable given that we were riding on a discount coupon. The staff while not bad was not very good. I was expecting general friendly questions (have you ever been in Central Park? Would you like any helpful tips or recommendations? Do you need a map of the park?, etc.). We had a great time in the Park without their help but a little more commitment to basic customer service would have been appreciated.
