Does it have to be a high resolution photo or does the canvas come out okay with older photos?

Our apologies for the delay. If you are uploading your photo, they prefer your files to be sent in a jpeg or tiff format with a resolution of 150 dpi and at least 2MB in size.
If you are mailing in a photo, Canvas on Demand recommends that you use a 4x6 or 5x7 photo for best results, but a 3x5 photo will work as well. How well they can enlarge your photo comes down to the clarity of the photo and its condition, not its size. They can enlarge almost any size photo. If you're not sure your photo will yield a high resolution image, you can call them at (800) 801-6312.
