I would like to use a photo that I've taken, that has been cropped so it is not a true 16x20". How will I know what it looks like on the canvas?

If we have any concerns about image quality or proportion, we will always contact you before we get started on your order. You can also submit your image for a free pre-order consultation. I have purchased 3 groupons. One for me and two for friends( one for my mom and one for my grandmother). I've printed the groupons and they are all going to seperate addresses and will be ordered at different times (once i find the right pictures). Will this work.

Hi Susan! We can only accept one groupon code per order, so you will need to place a seperate order for each groupon code you wish to use at Canvas On Demand. To have each canvas shipped to someone other than yourself, simply enter the recepients address as the shipping address. Do you put paper backing on the back of the wood frame before you install the hanging wire and hooks?

Hi Susan! We do offer that as an option. You can choose to add the premium dust cover back for an additional $12.50 or you can go with the standard open back for no additional charge. You can choose one of these options under step 4 "choose hanging hardware" of check out at Canvas On Demand.

The deal states limit 1 so am I to understand that if I have 5 photos of various sizes that I want on canvas, only 1 will qualify for this deal? Because if that's the case, the studio that took the photos that I own the rights to offered 40% prints as well, unlimited. Please answer ASAP?

Sorry for the delay. Yes, you can upgrade to any size or service that they offer on the site. You'll just be responsible for the price difference. You will not receive cash back if your order is less than the Groupon's value.
