Hi Kerri, We have had people of all ages and at various fitness levels enjoy our classes. Our instructors offer participants options that cater to the varying fitness levels in each class, allowing the class to be enjoyed by everyone. We always offer a trial week to new clients so feel free to come try us out for yourself! Hope this helps!
