This afternoon, my mom and I were craving some sweet tea and pastries. We thought who else could be the perfect place if not Capstone Tea and fondue! We came here last year and loved it. Drove all the way to Richmond. Price is amazing with the deal, portions are ok, fresh food! Wish we could have more water in the tea refillable, because it is a high tea the service should of been a bit more welcome. ...... Should add some soft music in the background because at times it was awkward.Other than that very peaceful environment.
